求助，建行双币龙卡master。关于外国网站购物。。。
建行双币龙卡master 在eastbay购物不成功。原因是“address verification services are not available from the bank issuing your credit card.”..没有address verification没有这功能.请问各位有没在外国网用建行信用卡的经验？请大家帮帮小弟。。。万分感激。。。

建行的这个功能不给开通，工行的、招行的可以开通这个功能
